About Me

I have spent over 30 years in fitness – as a trainer, yoga and spin instructor, menopause fitness specialist, behavior change specialist, and weight loss coach. But nothing taught me more than living through menopause myself.

I went from feeling exhausted, bloated, and in pain to rebuilding my strength, energy, and confidence. Now, I help women 40+ do the same – with a smarter, more compassionate approach designed for the midlife body. Because midlife isn’t the end of strength. It is the perfect time to redefine it.
